HM Quantify provides an AI-powered construction document analysis platform that: - Extracts wall dimensions and specifications from PDF architectural drawings - Generates quantity takeoffs for construction estimation - Provides export capabilities in various formats (Excel, CSV, JSON) - Offers team collaboration and project management features **Service Availability**: We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. **Accuracy Statement**: While our AI technology is highly accurate, extracted measurements should always be verified by qualified professionals before use in construction projects.

**Free Tier**: Basic access with limited monthly credits. No payment required. **Paid Plans**: - Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually - Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified - All fees are non-refundable except as required by law **Automatic Renewal**: Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. **Price Changes**: We may adjust pricing with 30 days written notice. Existing subscribers maintain their current rate until their next renewal. **Credits**: Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over.

You agree NOT to use the Service to: - Upload documents you don't have rights to use - Violate any applicable laws or regulations - Infringe on intellectual property rights - Share your account credentials with others - Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI algorithms - Overload our systems with excessive requests - Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise security **Document Ownership**: You retain all rights to documents you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process the document solely for providing the Service. **Rate Limits**: API usage is subject to fair use policies. Excessive automated requests may result in temporary restrictions.

All extracted data should be independently verified. We are not responsible for: - Construction errors based on our extracted data - Financial losses from estimation inaccuracies - Project delays or cost overruns - Third-party claims arising from your use of exported data **Liability Cap**: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

**Our Property**: The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by HM Quantify and protected by intellectual property laws. **Your Content**: You retain ownership of: - Documents you upload - Custom wall types and configurations you create - Exported takeoff data **License to Us**: You grant us a non-exclusive license to process your uploaded documents solely for providing the Service. This license terminates when you delete the documents. **Feedback**: Any feedback, suggestions, or improvements you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.

**By You**: You may terminate your account at any time through the Settings page or by contacting support. **By Us**: We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you: - Violate these Terms - Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities - Fail to pay applicable fees **Effect of Termination**: - Your access to the Service will cease - Your data will be retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted - Outstanding fees remain payable - Provisions that by nature should survive will remain in effect

**Governing Law**: These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. **Informal Resolution**: Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the issue informally for at least 30 days. **Arbitration**: Disputes not resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration in Sydney, Australia, under the rules of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA). **Class Action Waiver**: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit. **Time Limit**: Claims must be brought within 1 year of the event giving rise to the dispute.
